Do you have a Rescue Ranger fansite? If so, you should join the Gadget Hackwrench Webring!

A webring is basically a way to link a bunch of related sites together, which should increase traffic to your site. The Gadget Hackwrench Webring moved a while ago due to yahoo's tyranny, and the old maintainer, Julie, no longer has the time to run it, so it is now under new management in a new, new location, as opposed to the old new location. So, if you already have a site that's joined the ring, please check your old webring code to make sure it points to the right place. If it doesn't, please make the necessary modifications by replacing the old webring code with the new code provided below. Also, please be aware that you will also need to download, store, and link to the webring logo you wish to use on your own server. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

What are the requirements for new sites to join?

  1. Your site must have some Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers content, or content about one of the characters from the show.
  2. Your site must contain no nudity unless I think it's VERY tasteful, (and that's not too likely).
  3. Your site must be no worse than a PG-13 rating, which will be determined by the webring master. I don't want any minors stumbling across unpleasant things, since the series was directed towards children.
  4. You must place the webring link either on your main page, your Rescue Rangers/Gadget page, or a page labeled 'Webrings' or 'Links'. It just has to be somewhere where it can be found easily. You may delete the graphic if you would like and edit the text a bit, but all the links must remain and be clearly labeled.

So, if you can do those things, submit your site! You will receive an e-mail with the HTML code to paste into your webpage. (If you're having trouble with this, e-mail me at : framwinkle/at\gmail$dot$com, and I'll help.) If I check out your site and you have the ring link up, I'll add your site to the ring! Increase your hits!
