Gadg-O-Lantern

2002-10-31

This being the first year that I've actually been home to hand out candy to trick-or-treaters, I wanted to do a Digimon jack-o-lantern this year. Unfortunately I couldn't find a good design, so I went with this classic silhouette of Gadget instead. I had to go out and buy some of those pumpkin carving knives, but I think it was well worth it, and while it's not perfect, I'm fairly pleased with the results.

A good overall shot, the candle just barely showing in the lower left.

I liked this one showing the flame in the middle.

This picture was a fluke because I took it from too far back, but I like the way the reflection shows off of the floor.

Finally a daylight shot to better show the whole pumpkin.
